• Lenses provided on the free second pair include standard hard coated single vision 1.5 index stock lenses.
• Any lenses upgrade outside of the standard hard coated single vision 1.5 index stock lenses will be charged at the retail price of the upgraded lens less the retail price of the standard hard coated single vision 1.5 index stock lenses.
• The free second pair cannot be transferred to another person or be substituted for discount or credit on the first pair.
