90-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with your frames, lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses or any of our products for ANY reason, we will gladly repair or replace them during the 90 days following the collection of your purchase.
24-month manufacturer guarantee
Frames purchased are covered against manufacturer defects and faults for a period of 24 months.
Complimentary spectacle maintenance
Components of your spectacles such as screws and nose pads may become loose with wear. Please do not hesitate to visit us regularly so we can assist you with the care and maintenance of your spectacles.
Our aim is to ensure that you are perfectly comfortable with the fit and performance of your glasses from the date of collection.
Accidental breakages
If you accidentally break your glasses or sunglasses within twelve months of purchasing them and they cannot be replaced under the manufacturer’s guarantee, then we will happily replace them for half the price you paid.
Should you decide to purchase a product of a greater value than the original we will still deduct half the price of the original product.
